No. Ordering, intake, revisions, and delivery are all online. Email only.
What’s included for $399?
A custom 5-section site for your trade: mobile-friendly layout, hero with your offer, services, trust/why-us, reviews, and service-area sections, plus a quote/contact block with your phone. You also get one round of email revisions and handoff as files with simple publish instructions.
How long does turnaround take?
Most packs are drafted within a few business days after we receive a complete intake. You’ll get a clear timeline by email once your form is in. Incomplete intakes pause the clock until we have what we need.
How many revisions do I get?
One round of email revisions is included — wording, colors, services, photos you provide, and small layout tweaks. Extra rounds can be quoted by email if you want them later.
Do you host the site?
We deliver the site files and simple publish steps. Hosting stays in your own account so you own the site and the bill. We’re happy to point you at straightforward hosting options by email.
What about my domain?
You keep (or buy) your own domain. We’ll help you point it at your host with plain-English instructions after delivery. Domain registration fees are separate and stay under your name.
What’s your refund policy?
Fair and async: if you request a refund before we start work, or if your intake stays incomplete and we haven’t begun the draft, we’ll refund the $399. Once a draft site has been delivered by email, the fee is non-refundable — you’ve received the core deliverable. If something’s off, use your included revision round.
